Growing their own canes, the rum is a genuine field to cask product, truly handcrafted from milling to barreling, and bottled by hand. Only made in small batch artisanal production, these special bottles of exceptional rum can be personally engraved while you wait. Personalised Rum Experience Tours bookable on Tuesday and Thursday with owner. The Abbey also continues to expand their cottage industry to include Rum Barrel Coffee, liqueurs like Bajan Lemoncello and Monkey Business, jams, jellies and a whole lot more.
