The BHTA Young Leaders Development Programme, launched in June 2020, is the brainchild of past Chairman, Stephen Austin.  The goal of the programme is to bring together the best young talent, persons between the ages of 21 and 40, within the tourism industry, as well as provide mentorship and training to enhance their development.

The BHTA Young Leaders Development Programme will be administered by a Committee, which includes the below listed persons:
