The Caribbean has long been renowned for its exotic dishes that tantalize the palate. At Chicken Barn we have uniquely adapted the method of cooking poultry that was used by the Arawaks and Buccaneers in this region centuries ago. Instead of smoking strips of meat over a “buccan” or barbeque, we have perfected this healthy culinary process of slowly cooking our birds over a keenly regulated open flame in our rotisseries thereby allowing the specially prepared seasonings and herbs in each bird to penetrate the meat giving it a mouth-watering flavour that is reminiscent of the past - an authentic Caribbean experience in every bite. This is rotisserie at its best!
